Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. At jdm Estate Agents we take each individual person's privacy very seriously and we believe that it should be protected. This policy will advise you how we collect and use the personal information that you provide us with. By submitting your data to us, it is implied that you have given us your permission to use your data under the terms of this policy.

In most circumstances the information collected about you will be used for the following:

The information that we hold may be supplied by you directly in an Agency Agreement form, or via our website, email, office visit or telephone.

Who has access to this information and how do we protect this information?

Your details will be kept within the jdm Estate Agents organisation until such time as you ask for them to be removed or we decide that, in the absence of any response, they should be removed. As part of providing our services for you and to assist in the marketing of properties, we may disclose details of properties and other personal data which we hold for you, to other offices within our agency and to selected third parties.

At jdm Estate Agents we adhere to robust security procedures and all of our offices are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office according to the Data Protection Act 1998. As such we follow strict security procedures to ensure that your personal information is not damaged, destroyed, or disclosed to a third party without your permission and to prevent unauthorised access to it. We also use a number of measures to ensure electronic access is protected and our systems can't be exploited. These processes will be updated as new technology becomes available and is appropriate to our systems. Use of the information collected from you is restricted to our employees and appropriate third party employees. Employees will only use this information if they need to perform a specific and relevant task.

Updating your details

If any of the information your have provided to jdm Estate Agents changes or, if you wish to cancel your registration or, if you
 do not wish us to disclose either your personal details or details of your property to the other offices within our agency or to
