Part-Time/Full Time Administrator/Personal Assistant

jdm Estate Agents is looking to employ a personal/administrative assistant to support its busy office in Bromley. The successful applicant will be  providing personalised secretarial and administrative support to the Sales team in a well-organised and timely manner. The key aspects of the role are:

  • Answering phone calls and booking appointments
  • Managing a diary and organising meetings and appointments
  • Typing, compiling and preparing correspondence
  • Creating brochures and managing the production of other printed material such as business cards and marketing material
  • Prepare and manage applicant database
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Ordering Stationery
  • Support the branch with any other activity required by management

Person Specification

  • Fully literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Proven experience in administration
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party to confidential information
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organisation, time management, prioritising and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload
  • Self-motivation
