The Management team have established and grown jdm to the thriving sales and lettings agency that it is today and are each still intrinsically involved in the day-to-day running of the business. The partners together boast over 140 years of industry experience in the property industry.

Partners

The Partners are supported by a team of over 60 dedicated and experienced staff, all of whom have extensive knowledge of the local area. The vast majority of our agents are qualified with either the NAEA, ARLA or the Guild of Professional Estate Agents. Our staff are incentivised to work together to sell or let your property through a pooled, office commission structure which ensure that they only ever act in your best interests and are rewarded accordingly.
